My name is Dr Dhanraj. I am a Person of Versatility and am currently based in the republic of India. Currently, I vow to educate people in the Industrial and Vocational Education Development sector and develop skills for every person in the nation with the Support of Various Government and Public Authorities. My life was started in a small village of a tribal community. As a result, I have faced too many challenges during education due to community thinking and financial problems. Thus, I decided to educate every citizen of the nation, especially the underprivileged section of society. Now, it’s been ten years since I began being socially engaged in this field and teaching others to empower every individual I come into contact with.
What were the challenges that you faced initially, and how did you overcome them?
I am a part of a tribal community. I have witnessed firsthand the struggles and lifestyles of slum dwellers, illiterate, uneducated, and unemployed people, who are constantly fighting for their lives. I want to be a source of inspiration and example for those people to shine a lamplight into their lives. As a result, I have encountered problems and challenges at every step of my journey to educate and serve people, and each problem and challenge has taught me to do different and stronger planning.

How do you come up with new ideas?
I’ve realised via my entrepreneurship experiences that there is nothing impossible in this world. Still, we must identify the issue and consider how it might be resolved and what strategy we can implement. Thus, we can dream of a career or vocation that would make it simpler; we can do anything we set out to do with a stronger plan.
A system that I have developed in this industry always distinguishes me and this service; I always work inside my speciality and look for something tough to do after completing a project’s examination and evaluation. I have great communication skills and confidence in my ability to communicate in front of others.
Who is your biggest inspiration?
My inspiration is my parents. They always give me positive energy to do something different that can provide me with a challenging and winning platform. I have also read 3400+ books by Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar, Swami Vivekananda, Gautam Buddha. All these leaders inspired me a lot.
What motivates you?
I think that people who are working to serve society and educate people are always with a better opportunity to present as a mentor of the society and self-development. It also serves as a source of positive energy for people from all walks of life to work to advance humanities and social awareness via the education and development profession. I also look into a variety of other options in the social and educational sectors.
Who do you look toward for advice?
This is my personal experience that I want to share with any new or aspiring entrepreneurs who should adhere to these guidelines. When you start your own company, it is common to learn as you go. However, the more wise judgments you make early on, the greater likelihood your organisation will be successful. If you have an entrepreneurial concept, consider the following.
1. Address excuses
2. Absorb everything
3. Be a solution
4. Keep it simple
5. Count the costs
6. Imagine yourself with zero money
7. Earn while you build
8. Speak up about your business
9. Know the legal requirements for starting a business
10. Balance passion with wisdom
Following the startup, you must work diligently, establish punctual systems, practise disciplined management, develop an evaluation and achievement strategy, establish strong plantings, prioritise cost-effectiveness. Besides that, you should focus on efficiency, positive energy and research the work and processes used to complete it.
What are your growth plans for the next 12 months?
I’m working to provide the best services possible to students, aiding them in their studies and future professions, and being the leading educational consultant in India for students pursuing Bachelors/Masters/Ph.D./Post Doctorate degrees.
We will be a national leader in integrating teaching and learning, advancing the body of knowledge via research, and providing service and outreach to the community and beyond. Additionally, we will be a leader in training professionals who will provide leadership, superior educational and related services, and who will seek to improve people’s lives in an ever-changing and complex global environment.
The major obstacles I experienced included my education, which was insufficient due to the lack of a high school within a 10-kilometre radius. While most of my primary school classmates dropped out to work as agricultural labourers, I continued with my education. Following high school, I worked hard on farms to raise money to purchase study materials for low-income children whose parents could not afford their children’s school fees and supplies.
Since then, I have chosen to educate every citizen of the nation, with a special focus on the country’s most vulnerable citizens. After a ten-year journey, I am now socially and educationally active in this field to strengthen the country and the world via education and empowerment.
