Reliance Jio Launches “Largest Ever” 5G Services in 50 Indian Cities, Setting New Benchmark for 5G Adoption
Reliance Jio, India’s largest telecommunications company, has announced the roll-out of its 5G services across 50 Indian cities in 17 states, making it the “largest ever” launch and taking the latest count to 184 cities. The company will invite Jio users from these cities to join the welcome offer, where they will get to enjoy unlimited data experience at more than 1 Gbps speed.
The current launch of 5G services is the largest in the world, and the company is proud to be leading the way in India’s 5G revolution. The spokesperson added that the launch of True 5G services in 50 cities will provide customers with faster and more reliable internet, allowing them to fully enjoy the benefits of 5G technology.
The True 5G services have been launched in seven cities in Andhra Pradesh, one in Assam, three in Chhattisgarh, one in Goa, eight in Haryana, one in Jharkhand, five in Karnataka, one in Kerala, three in Maharashtra, six in Odisha, one in Puducherry, one in Punjab, two in Rajasthan, three in Tamil Nadu, one in Telangana, four in Uttar Pradesh and two cities in West Bengal.
The cities where the 5G services have been launched include Chittor and Kadapa in Andhra Pradesh, Nagaon in Assam, Bilaspur and Korba in Chhattisgarh, Panaji in Goa, Ambala, Bahadurgarh, Hisar, Karnal, Panipat, Rohtak, Sirsa and Sonipat in Haryana, Dhanbad in Jharkhand, Bagalkote, Chikkamagaluru and Hassan in Karnataka and many more.
