Swinging Bamboo Flutes – A Majestic Creation Still Grasping the Attention.

Social media are interactive Internet-based applications that are used for user-generated content – such as text posts or comments digital photos or videos. One such video is going viral on social media now – a – days. – The swinging bamboo flutes.

Flutes are the earliest known identifiable musical instruments. A number of flutes dating to about 43,000 to 35,000 years ago have been found in the Swabian Jura region of present-day Germany.

Historians have found the bamboo flute has a long history as well, especially in China and India. A man from Narayanpur, Chhattisgarh, named Maniram Mandawi is going viral because of his swinging bamboo flutes which produce wonderful musical sounds. Maniram is a flute maker from the Gond Adivasi community. He plays music as he swings the flutes in the air. He has continued to follow the culture since he was 15 years old.

People’s Archive of Rural India posted a short clip featuring Maniram in which he is elaborating on the concept of creating swinging flutes.

The PARI captioned  it as “The ingenuity of the indigenous people.”

Maniram learned the skill from his 80-year-old teacher Mandar Singh  Mandawi .when the former was only 15 years old. The flutes are used for Protection from wild animals too as they Could scare them away.

This viral video has grasped the attention of Indian Twitter users proving the majestic incredibility of India.
