Eminem apologizes to Rihanna in his new studio album
The Rap God Eminem launches his new album ‘Music to be Murdered By’ — Side B on Thursday night. It was produced by Eminem himself and longtime collaborator Dr. Dre. The music album has appearances by DJ Premier, Ty Dolla $ign, and Sly Pyper.
Among the 16 songs in the new album the one that is drawing the most attention is ‘Zeus’.
In the lyrics of the following song, Eminem apologizes to Rihanna for a lyric leaked in 2019 about Chris brown.
Eminem had written that he sided with Chris brown who was later found guilty of assaulting Rihanna in 2009.
Rihanna and Chris Brown were dating around 2008 but then the duo had conflicts and brown was found guilty of assaulting Rihanna.
Eminem’s song lyrics read, “But, me, long as I re-promise, to be honest, / And wholeheartedly, apologies, Rihanna,” he raps. “For that song that leaked, I’m sorry, Ri / It wasn’t meant to cause you grief. Regardless, it was wrong of me.”
Rihanna and Eminem have worked together on several occasions and have given many hits. Eminem and Rihanna’s, “Love the way you lie’ was a blockbuster and was the number-one hit on the Rap Songs chart for the first time as Eminem as the lead artist.
