I’m an early riser. My day typically starts with 1 hour of weight training session followed by 15 mins of cardio & 15 mins of core training. After that, I take my first meal, which is always a combination of protein shake & oats. Then I start my client’s PT sessions from 11:30am till 8:30 pm. In between, I take breaks to take my meals on time. I always make sure to consume my meals every day without fail.
After completing my sessions, I go back to my place, consume the rest of my meals, and spend some quality time with my wife and family.
