Exclusive interview with Narender Kumar, CEO of Courier Cart
Narender Kumar, CEO of Courier Cart receives the Global 50 Glory Award 2021 for achievement in the Logistics industry. Courier Cart emerges as India’s online courier Shipping Service Company that provides extensive pickup and delivery service of your parcel across the country. Here’s an exclusive interview with Narender Kumar:
Please tell us a bit about yourself.
I am the CEO of Courier Cart – Shipaxis Courier Cart private Limited.
Success is the delivery of the services when it meets the expectations! I have experience of 15 years in the Logistics & Aviation Sector.
Along with that, I have also been associated with celebrated brands of the field like – TNT Express, an international courier delivery services company, then Jet Airways, Kingfisher airlines & of course the very known BLUEDART.
What were the challenges that you faced initially and how did you overcome them?
The initial Challenge was that how we will manage to pick up, how the customer will know about us and our Services. How tech will work all these issues we had to cater. For initial fund requirements, I designed the Tech Process, ops Process layout to make things workable, manage funds.
What has been your most significant achievement?
When we started this we got very good support from People as they trusted us and gave us very good support and love. I remember there is saying that it is you who had to start a step towards your vision and then it’s a universe that guides you. We had opened 250 locations branch. We got the certification of Startup India.
How do you come up with new ideas?
The idea came as in some Urgent Critical Documents that have to be a courier. There was no nearby Courier outlet to my home. At that point, I felt there is a need for online courier booking and home pick up support.
Who is your biggest inspiration?
Personally, my biggest inspiration is my Family. I got Hardworking nature from my father, Patience I got from my mother and never give up from my wife.
Business Industry Inspiration from Sir Ratan Tata – I learned that Business is not about Profit it is about services to society and people.
What motivates you?
Passion to do my best and achieve the desired results always keep me motivated.
What does a typical day look like for you?
A typical day is always looking to do my best to keep my team motivated.
Who do you look toward for advice?
My mentor Mr Mukesh Raghav ( Founder Simply Logistics ).
How do you define success?
Success is something that can’t be defined, it is a process of achieving what you want to achieve, success can be monetary or a service of happiness. The success I consider is when you are happy with what you have achieved and that happiness must be from your Heart and Soul, not Monetary.
What are your growth plans for the next 12 months?
For the growth plans, we are launching some new products, taking things to new heights. Improve Brand presence in the Market, Keep the current customer happy and improve quality services.
