It is a component of the “Rozgar Mela” initiative, which the prime minister promised would create 10 lakh new jobs.

It is a direction towards fulfilling Modi’s pledge to give job creation first priority, according to the PMO. The “Rozgar Mela” is expected to provide young people with major opportunities for empowerment and involvement in the development of the nation, the statement claims. It is also expected to act as a catalyst for increased employment creation.

The lecture will also cover the information that recently appointed officials learned through the “Karmayogi Prarambh” module. For all newly hired personnel in various government departments, the module is an online training program.

As he spoke to the crowd, the prime minister noted that this was the first Rozgar Mela of 2023, bringing with it the priceless gift of employment into the government’s hands for the 71,000 families.
