Dessert

Desserts are an appealing idea, but they are not good for the digestive system. Desserts are high in sugar, and excessive sugar consumption causes sleeping problems and discomfort. Because you will be doing less physical activity, you will have more difficulty digesting your food, which will lead to insulin resistance.

Alcohol

Alcohol, according to research, can have a long-term impact on sleep quality and duration. It contains a high concentration of substances that might cause serious health problems. It can cause the central nervous system to slow down.
